QRCode Scanner Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the QRCode Scanner application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

· Not use the Application to generate QR codes containing malicious code, phishing links, or fraudulent content

· Not scan or generate QR codes that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

3.2 - User-Generated Content

You have rights to the QR codes generated by the Application, but you are solely responsible for the content you generate. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to generate the QR code content and that it will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or legal rights of any third party.

4 - Disclaimer

4.1 - Service Status

This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that this application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

4.2 - Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by this application, but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

· the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the QR code content

· the legality or appropriateness of third-party content accessed via QR code

· the fitness for a particular purpose of the scan results

4.3 - Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for any third-party websites, services, or content accessed by you through the QR codes scanned by this application. You access third-party content at your own risk.

5 - Terms Change and Termination

We may update these Terms in accordance with business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. Your continued use of this application constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

If you materially breach these Terms, we have the right to terminate the services provided to you without any liability for damages.
